Tasting notes:
The wine is a pale peach colour with abundant aromatics, including dried apple, apricot and rose petal. This wine features tastes of baked quince, slight rosemary spice, strawberry and dried apple.

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown by Peter Raeburn on sedimentary soils at Redesdale to the south of the Heathcote G.I.
The fruit was hand picked early for freshness and acidity, whole bunch pressed to tank for primary fermentation before being racked off gross lees and aged in tank over winter on fine lees. Racked in mid winter with a small sulphur addition and bottled in 2023.
