Makers Notes  
Grapes sourced from Oakmore Vineyard, located on a quartz riddled sedimentary ridge line south east of the town of Redesdale at the southern end of the Heathcote GI. The Viognier block is east facing on the low side of the hill and catches plenty of morning sun, with shade through the afternoon yielding ripe fruit with plenty of natural acidity. In the cellar the fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel over two weeks before being racked off gross less and aged in tank with fine lees over winter. Racked in mid-winter with a small sulphur addition and bottled under stelvin.
