The wine is a pale peach colour with abundant aromatics, including dried apple, apricot and rose petal. This wine features tastes of baked quince, slight rosemary spice, strawberry and dried apple.

Made from Grenache grapes from the Humis Vineyard in the Heathcote wine region.
The fruit was hand picked early for freshness and acidity, whole bunch pressed to tank for primary fermentation before being racked off gross lees and aged in tank over winter on fine lees. Racked in mid winter with a small sulphur addition.
