A light to medium bodied Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon blend with aromas of chocolate, blackberry and maraschino cherries with blackberry fruit flavours. We serve this chilled but that is optional.

Easy as.

A pitch perfect, light to medium weight red wine made from shiraz and cabernet, that classic Aussie blend, here reimagined as a bit of a chillable red. Crunch to texture, a little haziness too, a light shimmy of dusty tannin then all the forest berries, green olive, white pepper and sweet spice. A touch extra greenery? Sure. Ok. Fresh. Lovingly made by Jake Winther of Trutta fame. A delight, and then some. Easy as, indeed.
